Mr. Guy has provided corporate finance and M & A advisory services to middle-market companies in the following sectors: forest products - capital equipment; manufacturing (narrow woven fabric, envelopes, and urethane parts); packaging (flexible film, plastic, folding cartons, and corrugated); transportation (freight forwarders, trucking and car dealerships); consumer services (coin laundry) and e-commerce. He was the founder and President of the Parkwood Group, a financial advisory firm located in eastern Pennsylvania.

Steve's prior experience includes over 15 years directing multi million-dollar sales and marketing organizations. In this capacity, Mr. Guy has undertaken business development and strategic planning for the global market expansion of several multi-national companies; identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in new and alternative business segments to leverage internal resources, launch new products, and expand into complimentary industries and geographic regions. Steve graduated from Moravian College with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Music.
