Ms. Keating has more than 15 years’ experience in the international capital markets, working with middle market companies and executing a broad range of public and private market transactions valued at more than $2 billion. Prior to joining Westbury Group, she founded The Colonnade Group, Ltd., providing corporate finance, M & A and business advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses, both domestic and international. Previously, Carolyn was a Vice President for Deutsche Bank in New York and London, where she was a Trader/Strategist specializing in Emerging Markets companies. Carolyn began her career with Citicorp Securities in New York, where she had responsibilities as a Capital Markets Specialist and later as Emerging Markets Syndicate Desk Manager.

Carolyn has an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, as well as a BS in finance from the University of Virginia. She holds Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses and is located in the Washington/Baltimore corridor.
