Westbury Partner Quoted in The Deal on Telecom Merger

The Deal, one of the leading media companies covering M&A, today quoted Westbury partner Jonathan Rubin, to get his perspective on CyrusOne's (NASDAQ:CONE) acquisition of Cervalis Holdings LLC. The deal, announced on April 28, has Cyrus buying Cervalis of Norwalk, Conn., for approximately $400 million in cash.

Rubin noted that CyrusOne could look to expand its footprint further by acquiring companies in other national markets.
